<p style="text-align: justify;">June 01, 2009, Air France Missing in Atlantic. Military planes located new debris from Air France Flight 447 Wednesday while investigators focused on a nightmarish ordeal in which the jetliner broke up over the Atlantic as it flew through a <span id="more-241"></span>violent storm.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Heavy weather delayed until next week the arrival of deep-water submersibles considered key to finding the black box voice and data recorders that will help answer the question of what happened to the airliner, which disappeared Sunday with 228 people on board. But even with the equipment, the lead French investigator questioned whether the recorders would ever be found in such a deep and rugged part of the ocean.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The aircraft was operating a scheduled service, Flight AF 447, from Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) to Paris (France).The missing aircraft, registered under the number F-GZCP, was MSN (Manufacturer Serial Number) 660, delivered to Air France from the production line in April 2005. The aircraft had accumulated approximately 18,800 flight hours in some 2,500 flights. It was powered by CF6-80E1 engines. At this time no further factual information is available.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In line with ICAO Annex 13 international convention, Airbus has offered full technical assistance to the investigation board. The investigation remains the entire responsibility of the relevant board and it would be inappropriate for Airbus to enter into any form of speculation.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">I was deeply saddened to hear of the loss of Air France 447 with 228 people on board. I would like to send my heartfelt sympathy to the families and friends of those who are involved. At this difficult time, all those affected by this tragedy are in my thoughts and prayers.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Tutorial ini ditujukan untuk pengguna PMDG Boeing 737 NG series. Untuk menggunkan tutorial ini, simmers diasumsikan sudah paham:</p>
<ol style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Melakukan maneuver dengan pesawat ini setidaknya dengan Autopilot dan FMC Boeing 737 NG series dari PMDG.</li>
<li>Melakukan descent planning untuk turun sampai ke initial approach altitude</li>
</ol>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Beberapa komponen penting saat melakukan ILS Approach:<strong></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>1. Localizer Frequency dan Final Approach Course</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Dapatkan data ini dari Chart (approach plate) anda. Untuk ILS RW25R, ICGR pada frekuensi 110.90 and 248 derajat. Frekuensi ini akan dimasukan ke VHF navigation radio receiver NAV1 dan NAV2 yang ada di pesawat.<br />

Masukkan frequency ini di STANDBY frequency untuk NAV1 dan NAv2. Kenali pula &#8220;ruang kerja&#8221;, cockpit, anda dari gambar 1. Final course 248 dimasukkan ke Course windowdi glareshield</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">PS. Anda juga bisa mendapatkan informasi dari frequency dan course ini dari FMC (gambar 2).</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Ini adalah altitude awal untuk melakukan approach dan juga didapat dari chart. Kita selalu meng-intercept glideslopealtitude ini adalah 2000 ft.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">&#8220;dari bawah&#8221;. Untuk RW25R Soekarno-Hatta,</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Sebagai tambahan:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>3. Final approach speed (Vref) and landing flap</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Di FMC dapat dipilih reference speed (Vref) dan flap setting untuk landing di FMC (gambar 2).<br />

<p style="text-align: justify;">Selanjutnya, anda sudah siap untuk melakukan ILS approach ke RW 25R di Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Apabila NAV1 sudah di set ke 110.90, setelah semakin dekat dengan runway, signal dari localizer (LLZ) sudah dapat ditangkap dan akan diidentifikasikan di PFD. Gambar 3 menunjukkan bahwa signal diidentifikasikan sebagai ICGR.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Dengan merubah setting dari ND selector ke APP mode anda akan melihat di Navigation Display CDI needle untuk localizer dan glideslope. Liat gambar 4. Saat signal dari glideslope sudah ditangkap, akan terlihat pula CDI dari glideslope di PFD.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Untuk mengikuti signal dari localizer, tekan VOR/LOC button di glareshield (MCP) dan pastikan bahwa VOR/LOC mode armed di PFD yang ditunjukkan dengan tulisan VOR/LOC dengan warna putih. Perhatikan Gambar 5.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Pastikan kembali NAV2 sudah di set ke 110.90 karena untuk membawa pesawat mengikuti glideslope, NAV 2 harus di set ke ILS frequency (gambar 8).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Ketika glideslope alive (ditandai dengan diamond glideslope yang berwarna magenta menjadi penuh warnanya), tekan tombol APP di glareshield dan engaged CMD B Autopilot (Gambar 9). Setelah itu, pastikan kembali bahwa G/S mode armed di PFD dan SINGLE CH terlihat di PFD.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Selanjutnya pesawat akan dibawa landing oleh Autopilot. Tergantung ILS Category dari tiap runway, Autopilot akan di disengage dan Autothrottle akan di recycle.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Tutorial ini tidak membahas soal flare yang dilakukan sebelum touchdown.</p>
